part of our fashion week coverage with stylewiz included asking the models backstage what their beauty secrets were. they are after all, consistently putting on and taking off make-up including that special monthly week where their faces are prone to acne. most of the girls backstage were really sweet and open to share their tips from making sure to sleep enough to shu uemuras miracle make-up remover. lots of the girls (who don't look a day over 14) read, text or even (yikes!) EAT!? I saw more than one stuffing down a cupcake. the moral of this story is that even though they're models and inches taller and skinnier than most, they still are women with the same womanly issues we all face. even face issues.

Feh. These people never want to give away the knowledge they have, even though it still won't provide any competition for them if we do what they do to be pretty. "Get enough sleep" as a beauty tip? It's crap! I am talking PRODUCTS here people! Spill!
its actually great to hear that many models are eating... & eating bad food. [ good thing ] I really do believe the models are beautiful, but I think the industry should use a model that is relative to the normal woman. Fuller woman. As a teen of almost 15, it would be a great experience and self esteem booster if "real" women step up. I also see some of this coming true. Good luck models of ALL sizes. they all deserve the best.

I think it's in the genes. Some girls have all the luck.
Sigh. When are big feet going to be considered a coveted trait?

look at those keds on the model lounging on the floor! hot. Are those still in too? Love how they continue to grow with the current trends so we can all live in our adolescent minds! :)
hey lisa t. - how does the ballet flat work on a larger foot. does it minimize?
Models are not people. They're robots...skinny robots. Abnormally tall robots...
