it looks like the 'do to do tonight at the emmy's is the pony tail, be it high, side chignon or slicked back, the girls walking the carpet are all about it. add a trendy one-shoulder gown in white or navy blue and you've got award winning style! I dressed my good friend lisa anne hillman, whose husband jon corn is nominated for 'curb your enthusiasm' in a chloe & reese cocktail gown paired with a mix of harry winston and ny & co. jewels. talk about high brow, low brow. I tried to convince her cutie hubby to rock the converse on the carpet with his tux, so time will tell if he did it or not... keep a style eye out! xo.

the past year has proved that I am OVER jeans. totally over it. I can't find a good pair to save my bum and I've tried them all!? joes, seven, paige, target brand... skinny, wide leg, boyfriend... nothing fits well enough to look nice and as a result I've declared denim dead! that is, until today... I have a levi's curve ID event to hit in the lower broadway levi's location. they say they can measure my curves and customize a perfect pair of jeans. we'll have to wait and see....
