I'm almost 13 (June 8th yay!!) and I can't wear alot of make up, MAINLY eye liner, which stinks but anyways, I was wondering what are some fun ways that are natural, and flirty? That DOESN'T include eye liner. Oh, and is it ok to shop at Wal-Mart? I've found some really cute finds.
happy happy pre-birthday!!!! girlie - wal-mart rocks!!! my fave is target. cjheck out the luella bartley stuff that they are selling now. they will only have it until april, so get on the chores for some xtra cash and pick up some of her super cute stuff. and the best thing you can do to be flirty with makeup and WITHOUT eyeliner, is a very pink cheek (think TARTE charm school blush) and glossy lips (think Stila papaya or lancome juicy tubes). easy ways to pump up your already natural and beautiful self!!!!! xoxoxox.
